Embrace is able to quickly approve claims and reimburses the veterinary hospital by directly depositing funds into the veterinary practice's bank account. The client (pet owner) only has to pay out-of-pocket for the deductible, copay, and any non-covered expenses at the time of checkout. This effectively removes one of the hurdles that prevent more pet owners from adopting pet insurance as a way to help them pay for their pet's healthcare expenses - particularly claims that cost them thousands of dollars.
