Currently he is a consultant to veterinarians on how to recommend and increase the utilization of pet insurance in their practices. This allows them to practice the very best medicine the way they were trained to do and improve the practice culture where team members can thrive.
We discuss some of the strategies he teaches to help veterinarians and their staffs increase the number of active clients who have insured pets.
